We look forward to any support we can get. As a helper, you can find a lot of experience, nice contacts in the team and contribute directly to the success of the event. Helpers work on the event on a voluntary and free basis. We provide you with sufficient breaks and free meals over the event period. If you are interested, fill out the form below and we will contact you as soon as possible. To apply you must be at least 16 years or older.

A special feature is also to be considered as helper, every helper gets a "Gnome Hat". The good thing, you do not have to wear helper shirts, so you can wear a cosplay. You also recognize visitors very easily. The main contribution of these caps is to enhance the Christmas atmosphere.

Become a sponsor!


What would be an event without sponsors? We want to offer the visitors as much as possible, we are, of course, happy about every kind of sponsorship that you bring to the Xmas Con.


What are my advantages as a sponsor?


It is important for us to support you as well as possible. This includes advertising on our website, Facebook, etc. In addition you will be named with our logo on our flyers, program guides, newsletters and other media. We address a large audience that will identify with you. With a sponsorship of more than 100 € value you have the possibility to have a free sale or information stand on our event (on request a table free of charge 120 x 70 cm). In order to be able to handle your stand optimally, you have the possibility to receive up to three persons free admission. However, this offer is limited.


What should you sponsor?


We are most excited about the sponsorship that we can use as prizes for different competitions. We can also use self-supporting monitors, banners (roll-ups), tarpaulins, flags, etc. on the topic of "anime", "manga", "comic" or "video games". If you have any further ideas or experience, we are of course happy about every suggestion.

In addition, we are very much looking forward to support for our donation campaign for the Coburger animal shelter.
